Terms & Conditions for Online Payment of Hospital Charges

1. Transaction Charges:

Online transaction charges are not included in the hospital charges. Applicable charges for Net Banking, Credit Cards, or Debit Cards may vary and are subject to change as per RBI notifications.

2. Billing Rules:

All rules related to charges and billing, as mentioned in the official hospital billing policy, shall remain applicable.

3. Payment Processing Time:

Payments made through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking may take 3–4 working days to reflect in the hospital’s account. It is the sole responsibility of the patient or payer to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.

4. Non-settlement of Payment:

Deoghar Children Hospital and Deoghar Eye Hospital shall not be responsible for:

• Payments that are not settled or are delayed due to any technical or banking issues.
• Any payment that is declined or refused by the credit/debit card issuer or payment gateway.

5. System Availability:

The hospital does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the online payment system at all times.

6. Late Charges or Penalties:

Deoghar Children Hospital and Deoghar Eye Hospital will not be liable for any waiver of late charges or penalties in the event an online payment fails on the last due date.

Important: It is strongly advised to make payments well before the due date, either through Online or Offline methods, to avoid delays or complications
